3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

As a devotee and user of Hari Naam, you agree that:

• You will use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial devotional practices.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the application.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, or fake interaction generators to artificially inflate mala counts or leaderboards.
• You will respect intellectual property rights, trademarks, and design systems belonging to Hari Naam (harinaam.in).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, icons, artwork, custom animations, brand names, visual styling, soundscapes, and source code associated with Hari Naam are the exclusive property of harinaam.in. Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited under international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Digital Purchases & Non-Refundable Policy

Certain premium features, themes, soundscapes, or virtual offerings may require payment. As detailed in our separate Refund Policy, all digital purchases, subscriptions, and donations made on Hari Naam are strictly non-refundable once delivered or activated.
