1. Non-Refundable Policy Statement

Thank you for supporting Hari Naam, operated by harinaam.in. As a platform dedicated to digital spiritual sadhana, we deliver digital experiences, soundscapes, premium devotional skins, and digital mala tools.

Due to the immediate digital fulfillment nature of our offerings, ALL PURCHASES, IN-APP OFFERINGS, PRO UPGRADES, AND VOLUNTARY DONATIONS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Reason for Non-Refundable Policy

Digital devotional assets—including custom mala vibrations, sacred mantras, digital handwriting pens, and ambient soundscapes—are immediately unlocked upon payment confirmation. Because digital goods cannot be physically retrieved, returned, or uninstalled once unlocked, all sales are considered final.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to an auto-renewing Pro plan or recurring contribution:

• You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time prior to the next billing cycle through your Google Play Store Subscriptions or Apple ID Subscriptions menu.
• Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain fully functional until the end of your currently paid billing period.
• No refunds or prorated credits will be provided for unused days within the active billing cycle.

4. Accidental or Duplicate Billing

In the rare event of a verified double charge or duplicate transaction caused by a network glitch:

• Google Play Purchases: Please request a transaction reversal directly via the Google Play Order History page within 48 hours.
• Apple App Store Purchases: Apple processes all iOS transactions directly. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request an official Apple review.
• Direct Purchases / Assistance: You may write to us at likhitnaamjaap@gmail.com with your order ID, payment receipt, and transaction timestamp.

5. Policy Changes

Hari Naam reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted here and will become effective immediately upon publication.
